Mystery: South America saved the world

The world have suffered enormously from pollution and yesterday it looked as if the world would be completely destroyed. But South America saved the world last minute. How?

They invested a lot of BoPs in pollution-fighting and bought technologies that kept the pollution down, also they collect all the spare pollution in the world. Even though they collected all the spare pollution in the world South America still has 0 in pollution.

How can this be real? According to the state leader Gabriel it is because their state is well organized. They have learned from the past when Pablo ruled the country. "We do not want to end up like that again," Gabriel says and continues, "We are very well organized and collects a lot of taxes from salaries, industries, agricultures, and domestic  trades. We investigate and do not move our productions aboard, although I must admit that we do have very find relations with the Middle East´s leader, Aladin.

Is makes other countries a bit unsure about what is going on? Have South America really changed their policy? Can other countries trust them?
